Brisket will take over twice as long though and you'll want to wrap your ribs at the 3 hour mark.

It in thread "Whats for dinner? Dinner ideas" starts at post #404. Will give you an idea of how it goes. I sauce my ribs at hour 2 then wrap at hour 3 meat side up with a little apple juice in the wrap.
