Pro 780, Bronson 20 , Char grill gasser, Char griller modified offset, Blackstone 3 burner griddle
I did a big cook last Saturday. It in thread "Whats for dinner? Dinner ideas" starts at post #404. Will give you an idea of how it goes. I sauce my ribs at hour 2 then wrap at hour 3 meat side up with a little apple juice in the wrap.
