What temperature is recommended when cooking ribs and brisket together?

You could smoke them together at 225. Brisket will take over twice as long though and you'll want to wrap your ribs at the 3 hour mark.

Unwrap your ribs at the last hour and sauce at the last 15 minutes.

I did a big cook last Saturday. It in thread "Whats for dinner? Dinner ideas" starts at post #404. Will give you an idea of how it goes. I sauce my ribs at hour 2 then wrap at hour 3 meat side up with a little apple juice in the wrap.
