Well, I'm celebrating the big Six Oh this weekend and am serving pulled pork and brisket. Rather than stress all night last night, I cooked the brisket & pork butts earlier and bagged them to reheat in my Sous Vide cooler for today. Easy Peasy and no stress on party day.
