Well, I'm celebrating the big Six Oh this weekend and am serving pulled pork and brisket. Rather than stress all night last night, I cooked the brisket & pork butts earlier and bagged them to reheat in my Sous Vide cooler for today. Easy Peasy and no stress on party day.

Thanks all. Was a great party yesterday. Pulled pork & brisket turned out great from the Sous Vide bath. Easy peasy serving and was hot & ready for the guests. I'll do the same for my neighborhood Oktoberfest next month.

And I'll be doing the same for about 4 hunting trips with all the Brisket and PP I have frozen!!!

No doubt about it...Traeger plus Sous Vide make a great team.
