Cherry & Bourbon Pie

I made this pie from the recipe on the Traeger app. It was absolutely delicious but very runny and just falls apart. I will make it again but next time will pre-bake the crust for maybe 5 or 10 minutes and will add a TBSP more of corn starch and some gelatin to the pie to make it former and less runny.

Nice! I've made a few pies on the Traeger and they have all come out really good. Pecan has been my favorite. Might have to try some type of cobbler next.
 
I want that! Cherries, crust, bourbon and all. Looks yummy; thanks for sharing.
 
Ok, I made a second pie and changed two things. I pre-baked the crust at 400 for 12 minutes which was a big improvement. The first one the crust didn’t seem quite done. I also added one packet of gelatin and that really helped to make the pie less runny. Oh, and I almost forgot, I also doubled the ingredients for the crumb topping. That was a big improvement too.

Looks great....your making me hungry !!!!

Anyone have a peach cobbler recipe? That is what I have really been craving !!!
