I have had my Century 32 for about two years. I have never been happy with the "Smoking Setting" or for that matter, the amount of smoke when set on the 180 degrees or 225 degrees. There never seems to be enough, if any smoke emanating from the grill. I have used all types of pellets, to include Traeger pellets and have also used a "smoking tube" inside the grill while smoking my meat. Any suggestions?
