Century 34 from Costco

I have a Century 34 from Costco 3 weeks old..Used it twice , the drip pan and heat shield both warped. Is it safe to cook on ?
Any ideas what Ishould do ?

The drip pan and the heat shield are prone to warping under high temperature operation. Service will ship you replacements . depends on what you want out of the grill. I had a Junior that needed one drip pan, the heat shield warped but still functioned so I wound up using it with no issues. You have 3 years to make up your mind!

The grill work flawlessly except for the warping. I cooked bratwurst and chicken drumsticks. I'm still learning.
