Can't submit recipe through grillguide / wifire

I scrolled through the recipes on the Traeger app and submitted a recipe. The app says it's sending the recipe to the grill, but nothing happens. The screen says Manual and the only items on the list are the 2 preloaded ones with 2 new slots. I have the Timberline 1300. I see the app is connected and it shows the temp, etc. It just doesn't seem to actually submit the recipe.
