Help! Canadian purchase confirmation never showed up, order not found

Hi all,

I purchased a Timberline 1300 through the Traeger online store two days ago and haven't received anything yet. I only have my order number cause I was smart enough to print out the webpage to a PDF. I've called Traeger support and they can't track canadian orders so no one even knows it's in the system. Also there doesn't appear to be any charges on my credit card.

Has anyone else had an experience like this? Kind of insane that I have no idea when or if this thing will ship.

When you log into your account at Traeger, can you pull up recent orders?
 
I believe @YYCRed purchased recently from the Traeger website, and he is from Canada. Maybe send him a message, he may have some insight to what he experienced

Indeed I did. This thread is what I shared about it. And I still can't see any order on their site.
