Can no longer connect to wifi on Pro 575

Hi all,

We got a new Traeger about 3 months ago. My wife and I both have the Traeger app on our Android phones. We hadn't used the unit for a couple of weeks but did this past weekend. The app is no longer working for either of us, it says it's Offline. I realized it wasn't showing up as a wifi connection on our phones anymore. This is where the problem lies. On my phone I can search for wifi networks and find the Traeger network. When I enter the password and hit enter, my phone says authenticating, and then there is a message on the Traeger screen along the lines of "connected to access point" (sorry can't remember exactly now), but then on my phone I get an error that it couldn't connect. This is happening for both of our phones. Any advice?
