My son and I are putting a full brisket on a 780 Pro this afternoon. We have it rubbed and are about to inject it. What do you like to inject with? I generally use a concoction of Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, apple juice, and some other spices.

I’ve never tried injecting a brisket. But it sounds delicious.

I inject my briskets with a blend of Minor's Beef Au Jus concentrate and beef broth. Big Beefy flavor that keeps the brisket moist.

My go to blend for Beef if I'm injecting, needs at least 3 hrs (over night is better the next day I suck up the juice in the container and inject back in) I find it helps keep the meat moist and it also tenderize. The I add the rub about an hour before smoking.

1 cup beef stock
1 T spoon salt
1 T spoon sugar
2 T spoon Worcestershire sauce

I always inject the day before the cook, and then rub the morning of the cook.

Hi i have been

usig he Kosmos injection its a dry powder that you can mix with water and or beef broth . It works good tri tip and London broil

1 part apple juice
1 part apple cider vinegar
1 part apple beer ( i use angry orchard)
I usually mix about a quart , inject and put on the grill for moisture and injections during the cook.

Do any of you do this when injecting. Keep the brisket in the plastic wrap it comes in. Then take a ruler and a marker and draw lines across and down an inch apart so you end up with 1" squares. Then inject your marinade about half way through the brisket at ever cross point. The marinade stays with in the bag and you know you've injected it pretty darn evenly.

I inject mine right before it goes in the smoker. Then a couple of times during the cook.

My Brisket Injection:
2 - Cups of Beef Broth
1 - Cup of water
3 - Tablespoons of Minor's Beef Au Jus Concentrate
1 - Tablespoon of my favorite Brisket rub
1 - Tablespoon of Worcestershire powder
