Best electric generator

Heck them old honda 1000's are quite as hell and sometimes you can find a used one when people go bigger. But if you camp a lot also go with the 2000.

Great thanks. Any experience using these?
Generators are noisy. Silent generators are very expensive.

I bought an Inverter and with a 12V battery it will run a pellet grill for a long time.

If you get a battery like an Optima deep cycle sealed it will outlast your grill.

Interesting. How long could I expect my grill to run with a 12v?

I haven't priced out Optima deep cycle batteries in a while. Yikes...

Hey guys,
I have a pro 22 and looking for an electric generator to run it while tailgating. Any recommendations for this?
Thanks

Batteries with inverters are fine but I like a small inverter generator that is quiet and will sip fuel. You can tailgate with it for smoker, air fryer, TVs, fans, and other 110 VAC items. I have had a Honda "clone" 2000 watt inverter generator for over 15 years. Great for tailgating, camping and when power goes out for basic essentials. Use it when we loose power to keep refrigerator, freezer, fans, chargers and basic lighting going. Still starts easy. Neighbor has used it two times this year for a total run time of around 100 hours when he lost power.

This would be my thought. Overkill for what your smoker needs but you can power many other items. Bring the portable refrigerator too. $399 at Sams club or shipped to your house if a plus member.

My champion 2000 Inverter rated 53db.

I'll use it to run a fridge during an extended power outage, or doing construction type work where there is no electricity, yet in my opinion it's too loud for recreational type use.

Hi, How are you? I think you should use Honda EU2200i. It is the best Durable Quiet Generator. The other main draw to this inverter generator is the genuine Honda engine. The massive 121cc engine offers up a sizable 2,200 watts of surge power and 1,800 watts of continuous power. And of course, Honda engines are known for their reliability, which means that despite the price this generator could save you money on buying or fixing a cheaper generator in the long run. Check here review guide about Honda EU2200i.

I was looking into the Jackery brand of power packs myself. There are other brands. They are silent the which is awesome.

I just bought a jackery 500 and really enjoy it so far, it was able to power my ironwood 650, a tv, and electric heater while I was tailgating this weekend

I use a Honda EU2200I. Very quiet and plenty of power.
