BAC448 Controller

So my 18 month old Bronson... Started throwing HEr errors... it was preceded by the temperature jumping all over the place and then getting too hot...

I’ve cleaned the unit and put it back together and it does the same thing...

I’ve replaced the probe and it does the same thing..
I’ve reached out to support but they are trying to walk me thru the whole troubleshooting list that I have already done.. I will continue with it but reach out here to see what I can find out

The controller is a BAC448 but I can’t find anything about it or a replacement... is the BAC365 compatible??

I’m ha I g the same issues. Eastwood22. 1 year old. HD replaced the whole unit once. Same above is happing to me now. Can’t get through to Traefer. Just going to return it again. Have a 5 year plan!!
