I have a TRAEGER PRO 20. The motor starts and stops. To restart it I have to turn it off and turn it on again. Moreover the auger is jammed from the pellets in the hopper. Pellets are coming normally into the burner. It seems that the motor is not strong enough for the auger to cut the pellets and push them further. Any help appreciated!

I bought anew one off of Amazon as well as a new controller and blower motor. All aftermarket. They work just fine.

Does your auger move freely with the motor disconnected and free of pellets? if not it could be the bushing is binding.

I know the Netherlands is below sea level. If the humidity is high as a result, pellets can absorb moisture and start to swell and stick together. What did you find when you cleaned out the auger tube? If the pellets are getting damp, you might need to take steps to keep the pellets dry. Where I live near Chicago, I leave pellets in the hopper all winter, but I have a cover over the grill to minimize moisture intrusion. You might not be able to do that.
