Hello!
Having trouble with my pro34. Auger isn’t turning, I checked and cleared the auger twice last night.
What happens is it turns a few cranks then stops. If I turn the temp knob down then back up to higher temp I get a few more cranks.
I also had a build up of pellets yesterday. Could the hotrod stop the auger from turning if it’s gone bad or needs to be cleaned?
