Help! Auger not working in cook mode

Hi there, squired a timberline 850 with Wi-Fi, found that the auger will not feed during cooking,is the control panel to blame? The auger works to prime it but that’s it

If you can prime the auger, it sounds like the auger motor is OK. How old is the grill and are you the original owner?

When you try to ignite the grill, can you hear the fan blowing air?

You can try to contact Traeger customer support. If you are sitll within warranty, they might provide a new controller.
