Tried my first overnight smoke - it rained of course. The auger jammed, which I assumed was because of the rain - but when I emptied the hopper and fire box the pellets were dry! I found this bolt sitting at the back of the auger! Has this happened to anybody? Does anyone recognize this part from Traeger products? Was it mixed in the pellets?! I’m at a loss and frustrated - I don’t know what time the cook stopped, but my brisket was 72 degrees internal when I got to it - would it be safe to eat after cooling mid cook? Send help!!
