I'm not a clean freak, nor do I consider myself anal, but I do want my smokers and grills to perform well and I want to avoid potential risks associated with a dirty unit. For me, that entails ash removal after each use of the Traeger smoker and I find this lightweight, cordless vacuum quite a handy accessory for that endeavor. I usually have a well-lit area during night usage but there's also a battery-powered LED light that can be used with this system (but note it also requires the battery & charge station):

Pretty cool. I like the portability. I can't bring myself to part with $60 and then buy a battery that won't fit my other tools.

I use a $25 bucket head from Home Depot to vac out the Traegers. Works great!

Yes, I agree it's expensive but I have good use for their LED work light in other applications, so I can amortize the cost. I do like your bucket head.
