I just got a brand new Ironwood 885. The hopper is full but I keep getting a warning alert and alarm sound to "Add Pellets." Plus the temperature is fluctuating. I can't figure it out. Suggestions?

Did you successfully calibrate the pellet sensor?
If you have, then it might be a bad sensor. There seems to be a few people having issues with sensors lately, there may have been a bad batch of sensors supplied by their manufacturer.
