1st try at a brisket came out nice and juicy and tasted great...
13 lb. Choice brisket from Sam's club...Seasoned with holycow and holygospel
275° till 165° internal took little over 6 hours then wrapped in foil and cooked at 275° till 203° internal took about another 90 minutes
Let it rest in cooler for 2 hours..
