Pro 575 temperatures all over the place

Normally my traeger maintains temperature just fine. Today I am doing ribs, set to 275, notice it got up to 350! Just now was down to 250, why is it all over the place? I have never seen it do this and have done many cooks. Keeping an eye on it, but have never seen it fluctuate so wildly.

New Traeger Pro 575 - what should I do day one before cooking anything!?

New Traeger Pro 575 owner! Have had BGE for years, really looking forward to this Traeger. What if any modifications, accessorizing, etc. would people recommend for brand new grill? For example, did anybody wish they did some lining with aluminum foil prior to any cooking? Anybody wish they...
