Smoked St. Louis style ribs, smoked beef roast and smoked corn on the cob. I am impressed with my beef roast smoke ring, my largest so far, it was delicious smoke flavor. The ribs were perfect. I changed my technique recently, and do all my smokes at 200F instead of 225F , for me the resulting smoke flavor is much better, just need more time, about 2 hours longer on average per cook.

Last Saturday I made a bunch of chicken quarters, individually cut baby back ribs , Elote dip and a small tomahawk steak. I fixed 19 chicken quarters half where for my fam and the rest where for a buddy of mine who is on disability.

Smoked Italian Meatballs !! 200 F pit, for 2 hours. Super yummy, juicy, with great smoke flavor. Served as a grinder with melted cheese and marinara sauce. The smoke flavor was outstanding.
