The controller is a Fireboard, best in The biz. The metal is more than double the thickness than traegers.

I just went to visit my local Yoder dealer, man I’m in love with the YS640s. That thing is built like a tank. It was really hard not to pull the trigger on one today, @ $2200 it’s not that much more than the top end Tragers and it’s a far superior product.
I did a bone in turkey breast back in early spring, and man, it was better than fried turkey to me. I’m very likely to cook the thanksgiving turkey and ham on the traeger this year!

Cooked a couple pork tenderloins on the Traeger this afternoon. Cooked them low and slow. Around 3 hours at 225. Once internal hit 135 I cranked the temp up to 300 and basted with cherry Chipotle sauce. Holy smokes is it good!
